Mr Watkin's Bar opened in December 2017 and is located on the buzzing strip of High St Penrith. Chefs Rod Parbery and Wayne Jenkins serve both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food that is all designed to be shared and washed down by a cocktail or two.

Speaking of drinks, Mr Watkin's bar boasts an impressive list of 70+ cocktails, both the old classics as well as signature creations, alongside quality beers, wines and an extensive spirits list. Featuring incredible breakfast dishes, killer sandwiches and an ever changing selection of bread pies, as well as coffee by Allpress Espresso and delicious house-made sweet treats, they'll keep you coming back for more.

Mr Watkin's interior, designed by the award-winning Juicy Design, pays tribute to Australia's 18th century explorer Captain Watkin Tench, themed like his library. Slide on into a cosy booth with your mates to enjoy a quick lunch or come back later in the evening and settle into a comfy leather chesterfield lounge with a cocktail in hand. Mr Watkin's truly has something for everyone.
